I ordered from rubies.com and I’m convinced the prices are totally fair for what you’re getting. Like, maybe not the absolute cheapest on the entire internet, but for the quality and the amount of choices they had, it made complete sense. Shipping didn’t suddenly make the total ridiculous either, which is always a win. I’d definitely order from them again.

"I was looking for a costume..."
I was looking for a costume after dinner one night, mostly because my kid had suddenly decided on a very specific character like two weeks before they needed it. Rubies had way more licensed characters than I expected. I found the exact one we were looking for, plus a few others that almost made me change my mind. The site was easy to browse, which I appreciated because I had about five tabs open already. Overall, really happy with the selection and I’d use them again.

"Relieved the Packaging Held Up"
The costume showed up packed really nicely, which made me feel relieved. The box had a small dent on it, so I was a little nervous at first, but thankfully nothing inside was damaged or smashed. Everything looked good when I opened it, so I’m happy with it.

I ordered a few costumes for a holiday party last minute, so I was a little worried they wouldn’t arrive in time. Thankfully, rubies got everything shipped out quickly, and the package showed up without any issues. Everything was packed nicely, and the sizes were just what I needed. It definitely took a lot of stress off my plate and helped make the party easier to enjoy.

I had to send my order back, which was kind of annoying at first, but it wasn’t a big deal in the end. The return process was simple enough and the refund showed up way faster than I thought it would. Happy with how it worked out.

"Pretty solid for the price"
The costume held up better than I thought it would. The fabric feels decent overall, though it is a little thin in a few spots. For something you’re probably only wearing a handful of times, it seems perfectly reasonable

Just a quick warning for anyone looking at this costume: it really does look like the pictures. The colors matched well, the little details were there, and the fit was totally fine for me. i was a bit surprised by how accurate it was.

"Easy exchange, but shipping updates could be better"
I ordered a costume from Rubies and realized quickly that I needed a different size. I was expecting the exchange process to be a pain, but it was much easier than I thought.
Customer service got back to me quickly and explained the steps clearly, which I appreciated. The replacement arrived sooner than expected too, though the shipping updates were a little spotty. Overall, not totally perfect, but I’m happy with how they handled it

My costume showed up with a tear in it, which was a bit frustrating, but customer support got back to me quickly!! They sent out a replacement and handled everything without making it a hassle. Not a perfect start, but I’m happy they made it right

"The size chart was actually spot on"
I’m so relieved because I ordered a costume from rubies.com and was nervous about the sizing. My kid is usually in that awkward between-sizes stage, so I kept second guessing myself, but it ended up fitting just like the chart said. Not too tight, not hanging off them either. I feel like Halloween costumes are usually a gamble, right? This one made things so much easier and way less stressful. Definitely 5 stars from me...

I ordered a costume from rubies and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly it showed up. It actually arrived a few days earlier than I expected, which was a nice little bonus.
The only thing that threw me off a bit was the tracking. It didn’t update much at first, so I wasn’t totally sure what was going on, but once it started moving, the package got here fast.
Overall, it was a good experience. I’d probably order from them again, especially if I needed something fairly quickly, though I do think clearer tracking updates would make it even better.

So the costume showed up with a defect, which was kind of annoying at first because, you know, I needed it and didn’t really want to deal with returns or back-and-forth messages. But they handled it super fast. I reached out, explained what was wrong, and they just replaced it without making it a whole thing. No hassle, no weird questions, just sorted it out. Relieved in the end.

"Honestly a Solid Deal for the Price"
I got a costume from rubies.com and, for what I paid, it was absolutely a good buy. Was it perfect? No, definitely not. But it was decent quality, looked good enough, and I am 100% sure I would’ve paid more for basically the same thing somewhere else. For a cheaper costume, it did the job.
